Basic Behavior & Obedience Classes
Class meets for five weeks, on Wednesday nights from 7:30pm – 8:30pm at The Barking Lounge. The Barking Lounge is a boarding and daycare facility, located in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood on the corner of Dexter and Republican. In Basic Behavior and Obedience Class, you will learn how to work with your dog at home during the weeks between classes, to teach him or her all the basic obedience commands including: walking on a loose leash, sit, down, come here, stay, leave-it, and more! Like any other class you might take, success is dependent on you doing your homework with your dog. If you do, you’ll enjoy a rewarding working relationship and clear communication with your dog that can last a lifetime.

- Learn how to use your relationship with your dog as the motivation for working, and not just relying on treats to get your dog to comply!

- Class includes a pet food seminar during week four that will equip you to make healthy, educated choices about what to feed your best friend.
- Maximum of ten dogs per class to ensure comfortable environment for everybody.
